Ernest Hemingway's preferred variation of the Daiquiri—double the rum, no sugar, added grapefruit and maraschino. He reportedly drank 16–20 of these in one sitting.
Ingredients
- white rum 2 oz
- lime juice 0.75 oz
- grapefruit juice 0.5 oz
- maraschino liqueur 0.5 oz
Instructions
Shake all ingredients with ice until well chilled. Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lime wheel or cherry (optional).
